APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Accepted Payments:
Counseling Sessions may be purchased through: Pamela’s Online Booking Site.
Counseling Sessions may also be purchased by contacting the office of Nine Wellness for telephone credit card processing. Cash and local checks are also accepted. The Nine Wellness Office Telephone is: 865-531-9086
Appointment Availability:
Pamela is scheduling appointments for this year and next year. Additional appointment times are opened up by Pamela when possible and appointments can usually be booked within 1-4 weeks depending on available appointment times.
Personal Sessions Information:
Pamela offers personal session appointments which are in-person sessions that are by appointment only.
Telephone Sessions Information:
Pamela offers telephone session appointments which are voice telephone calls by appointment only.
Sick Policy:
If you have a scheduled appointment with Pamela Nine, and you have and/or have had a fever, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, vomiting and/or any other symptoms of being sick within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, please call 865-531-9086 within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to reschedule your appointment.
Session Preparation Recommendation:
Counseling session clients are encouraged to prepare a list of questions relating to personal or professional areas of concern or inquiry to go over during the scheduled appointment time. Clients are also welcome to bring (for Personal Sessions) 2-3 photographs of anyone (living or crossed over) they would like for Pamela to look at during the session. If you are having a Telephone Session, please email 2-3 photographs (jpeg or png file format ONLY) to Pamela at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. To email session photos to Pamela, please use the direct email address located on the Contact Page of this website.
Session Notes and Recordings:
At the conclusion of all session appointments, clients will receive (in person or by text or email) any notes and drawings done by Pamela during their session.
Personal and Group Session Clients who would like to have an audio recording of their session are welcome to record the session on their telephone recorder or personally owned micro or digital recording device.
Telephone Session Clients who would like to have an audio recording of their session are responsible for making their own personal audio recording.
Video recordings are not allowed.
International Telephone Appointments:
All International Telephone Counseling Session Appointments require prior authorization before scheduling with the Online Booking System. International Telephone Appointment Prior Authorization is provided by contacting Pamela Nine, Owner of Nine Wellness.
Late Appointment Policies:
Clients scheduled for personal and group sessions are asked to arrive promptly at the time of the scheduled counseling session appointment.
Telephone Session Clients are asked to be available for Pamela’s call promptly at the time of the scheduled counseling session appointment.
In the event a scheduled client arrives up to ten minutes late for a personal or group session appointment, the amount of time in which they are late will be deducted from their session and the session fee will not reflect the deduction.
If a client arrives ten minutes or more late for a personal or group session appointment, or is unavailable for a telephone session appointment, the appointment will be re-scheduled for another time at Pamela’s scheduling availability.
Appointment Cancellation Policies:
All client scheduled appointments must be canceled with a rescheduling request within a 24 hour advance notice of the scheduled appointment by contacting the Pamela Nine – Nine Wellness Business Office at 865-531-9086.
All client appointment no-shows are non-refundable and are not rescheduled.
Also, if a client cancels or misses two (2) consecutive scheduled session series appointments, and/or does not attempt to reschedule a paid for session within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, the session(s) may then be terminated without any refund or rescheduling of the client.
Scheduling Appointments For Others:
If an appointment is scheduled for someone other than the name appearing on the credit card payment transaction and booking, please also specify the first and last name, email address and telephone number of who the appointment is being scheduled for.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Refunds, credits, transfers or exchanges are not issued or available on sessions, services, gift certificates, products, mentor programs, educational programs, courses, seminars, classes and or workshops.
PURCHASE POLICIES
All Sales:
By and through any order and/or purchase transaction made through Pamela Nine (PN), Nine Wellness (NW) and/or Pamela Nine – Nine Wellness (PN-NW), including this website, Pamela’s Online Store and Pamela’s Online Booking Site, you are also agreeing to the complete Policies and/or Terms and Conditions of this website and any purchase made from or related to.
Credit Card Sales:
Credit Card Transactions made to Pamela Nine (PN) and/or Nine Wellness (NW) may be subject to a credit card processing fee of 5%.
Refunds:
All sales are final. Refunds, credits, transfers or exchanges are not issued or available on gift certificates, products, services, counseling sessions, spiritual mentoring, educational curriculum, courses, seminars, classes and or workshops.
Purchase Transactions:
Please allow up to 48 hours (or more in rare cases) for completion of any purchase transaction and/or order and/or appointment processing and/or confirmation made through Pamela Nine, Nine Wellness and/or Pamela’s Online Store and/or Pamela’s Online Booking Site.
Online Course Distribution:
Upon ordering, purchase transaction and order processing completion (which takes up to 48 hours or more in rare cases) your online course (including any and all lessons thereof) will be made available by direct email distribution and or by accessing a link to a secured area of this website. Clear and precise instructions will be provided to you by email for accessing all secured link areas of this website. If you do not receive notification by email (after 48 hours of the date of order) for the distribution process of your purchased online course, please contact Pamela Nine.
Damaged Products:
All purchased products are inspected prior to shipping. If any customer received product is damaged as a result of shipping, a shipment damage claim must be filed with the relevant shipping company by the recipient customer upon receipt of the product.
E-GIFT CARD POLICIES
E-Gift Card Transactions must include Recipients First and Last Name, Telephone and Email, and are required to contact the office of Pamela Nine – Nine Wellness by telephone at 865-531-9086 within 30 Days of the completed transaction to schedule an appointment to redeem for services.

CLIENT AGE POLICIES
It is a policy of Nine Wellness (NW) and/or Pamela Nine (PN) to have clients that are the age of eighteen (18) or above, and a legal photo identification may also be asked for to validate the exact age of any client seen by Nine Wellness (NW) and/or Pamela Nine (PN).
In any event a client under the age of eighteen (18) is seen at and/or by Nine Wellness (NW) and/or Pamela Nine (PN) it is only done with written parental and/or guardian consent and also done with a recording of all client interaction for the client records of Nine Wellness (NW) and/or Pamela Nine (PN).
